Located right across Fletcher Commercial Drive from The Village is the new Village Annex Properties, featuring a brand new 3600 sf building.
The Annex also includes a 5000 sf building with three (3) truck bays and a separate overhead door at ground level.
Annex also includes a 10,000 sf building holding a 6000 sf and 4000 sf office and warehouse spaces.
The Annex also has two 2000 sf buildings in a secured, fenced in lot.
